Dave repaired the drainage in our front garden in Oakland. He is all you want from a workman. He is prompt, describes what is needed, and then does the work fast and efficiently. After everything is dug up and put back you cannot tell the work has been done. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I called Dave last year when we were having trouble with our sump pump. He came out right away and helped us figure out what the problem was. He ended up replacing out pump and rewiring the electrical because it was done the wrong way the first time by a different contractor. Dave is pretty awesome! He is a no nonsense, get it done kind of guy. He has done a lot of things for us over the last couple of years. The first thing he did was put in a drain and a pump because our back yard kept flooding and the water wouldn't leave! When he installed it he said he would come back the following winter to make sure it still worked correctly. I was like "yeah right!" But believe it or not he kept his word! He grabbed a hose and filled the drain and it still worked! He guarantees all of his work! When he came back that following year with out me reminding him, I was very impressed! Since then, we look for water going the wrong way just so we can call Dave! His prices are really good too!!!
